Hello & thank you for stopping by! I’m Mia Brunelli, a Graphic Communication & Interaction Design student at U.W. Stout. Below you'll find my resume and a curated selection of my interests.
I’m currently studying Graphic Design and Interaction Design at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, but my drive to create started long before I chose a major. My connection to art has been a lifelong passion beginning before I can remember, fueled by monthly family visits to art museums, years of designing Play-Doh outfits for my dolls, and constantly finding ways to create the unusual self-portraits as a child. I chose U.W. Stout specifically because its polytechnic program allows me to experience creativity with a hands-on approach and build upon it, learning to transform my passion into technical skill across various interactive mediums.
Beyond my love for the arts, I also have a deep connection playing soccer which started at age six and continues today in collegiate play.
I recently had the exciting chance to join the first-ever conference flag football league, an initiative supported by the Minnesota Vikings. Juggling the roles of a two-sport athlete and scholar at U.W. Stout has taught me the grind & exceptional time management skills. Whether on the pitch or the field, these experiences have been powerful opportunities to collaborate, challenge myself, and work as a strong team.
